Our range of party packages make it easy to avoid a party planning meltdown: no spreadsheets, no stress, just fun.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR PARTY CONFIRMATION, OUR RULES & REGULATIONS AND A PICTURE OF OUR HEIGHT CHART. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS. NONSTOP DOES NOT PROVIDE A HOST TO YOU FOR YOUR EVENT. YOU ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING IN ANY OUTSIDE DECORATIONS AND SETTING UP YOUR ROOM FOR YOUR EVENT. WE PROVIDE BLACK TABLE CLOTHS AND BASIC EATING UTENSILS SUCH AS PLATES, CUPS, NAPKINS, & FORKS.
RULES AND REGULATIONS!
The party deposit total is $100 (a non-refundable and non-reimbursable deposit) The remainder of the bill is to be paid upon arrival but before you enter your party space. The deposit of any event booked goes towards the balance of the event. Group deposits may differ from party deposits.
- The birthday child will have a pre-loaded gift of tickets on their card! (amount determined by package):
Basic- 500, Prime- 500, Exclusive- 750! Souvenir cups and coloring mats are provided for children 10/younger!
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the facility (such as fruit/veggie trays, pizzas, boxes/bags of chips or juice, sandwiches, salads, etc) DESSERT ITEMS ARE ALLOWED (such as cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, donuts, rice crispy treats) If you are unsure of something, please call 586-782-4123. All goodie bags must be premade before your event, however, If you choose to make them onsite, you will not be given any extra time.
- NO ICE CREAM OF ANY KIND (THIS INCLUDES CUPS, POPSICLES, AND ICE CREAM CAKE) We have ice cream cups available for $1.59 (plus tax) Party chees/pepperoni pizzas are the only food item that can be added to birthday parties. All other food must be purchased at the cafe.
- Each designated party room & bay is allowed 20 chairs and 3 tables maximum per the City of Warren Fire Code. Do not ask for any more tables or chairs for the space as you will be told no. If you know you are going to have more than 20 people, you have until the Thursday before your booked event to call and get moved into a larger space. Please plan accordingly.
- Parties are given 10-15 minutes before their booked time to arrive and set up. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, there is a chance you will not be allowed into the space until your check-in time. Late arrivals will not be given any extra time. We do not allow any extra time to be bought on the day of the booked event. Once your party time is up, please gather up all the belongings and exit the space, so we can clean it up for the next booked party. If you are in the space for more than 15 minutes after your party time has ended, the card on file will be charged a late exit fee of $75.00(nonrefundable and reimbursable) Please be mindful of other booked parties and their time.
- Nonstop staff is not responsible for calling your group back to your space or reminding you of your booked time. You are made well aware in advance of your booked time when you booked the reservation. Please plan accordingly.
- Once your party time is up (2-hour party time), we ask that you take all birthday-related items, especially the cake, to your car. You may re-enter the building to stay and play. Tables in the cafe cannot be pushed together. We must be mindful of the other guests in the building.
- Nothing birthday-related can be held/refrigerated by Nonstop staff after or before your party time.
- Glitter of any kind, Pinatas, Confetti of any kind & Silly String are forbidden from being brought into the facility.
- Balloons must be on paper or balloon weight. Please do not tie them to chairs or tables.
- No guests can enter the space until the space is paid in full. We understand that guests may arrive before the party, but they will have to wait.
- Depending on other parties and how quickly they clear out of the space, parties may have a longer than normal wait time to start their event. We will try to accommodate parties that have to wait, the best we can. Extra time is not guaranteed.
- If you wish to make any changes to your event, they need to be done by the Thursday before your scheduled event. You can do so by replying to this email or calling 586-782-4123 and your calls will be answered when the coordinator is in office.
- As of December 1st, 2024, Parties are no longer allowed to receive pizza boxes for their pizza to go. However, we do offer single sheets of aluminum foil to wrap the pizza slices in.
By reading and signing this contract on the day of your event, you agree to the rules and regulations listed above. If at any time, one of the following items is not adhered to, you will be held responsible for any penalties given to you by Nonstop Management or Security. Penalties can include asking you to leave early, banning you from booking a future event at Nonstop, etc.
